End-to-End Ownership

Color Made: Architecting a Full-Stack Educational Platform

A business education platform tailored for Brazilian women entrepreneurs, demonstrating end-to-end product ownership from strategic curriculum design to technical execution. Co-founded and technically led, this project served as a low-risk proving ground for complex architectures later utilized in larger enterprise systems.

The Platform

A founder-led business education platform in Portuguese, designed specifically for Brazilian women entrepreneurs. Featuring Mica Rocha as lead instructor and Alice Turibio as product owner and engineer.

Proof Point

"I can own a product end-to-end, from strategy to code."

Architectural Rationale: Localization First

Payments were built around Eduzz plus manual PIX integration rather than a standardized Stripe-only solution. In the Brazilian market, buyers strongly prefer PIX and boleto; enforcing a credit-card-only checkout would have severely suppressed conversion rates. Eduzz gave buyers a checkout they already recognize and trust.

Owning this product outright, rather than building it for a client, made it a testing ground. Harder architectural patterns were proven here at lower risk before they shipped to larger systems like GRI Education.

Key Technical Capabilities

Cohort Management

Full user management system designed for structured, cohort-based course delivery rather than passive evergreen consumption.

Localized Payments

Deep integration with Eduzz combined with manual PIX processing to maximize conversion in the Brazilian market.

AI Diagnostic Tool

A complex 55-question assessment engine that processes inputs to generate a personalized AI-driven report for each entrepreneur.

'Ursula' AI Mentor

An integrated conversational AI mentor chat, built deliberately as an engagement mechanism to create a personalized feedback loop.

The Outcome

Built and operated as an independently owned product. Curriculum design, business strategy, and full-stack code were all handled end to end, which produced a profitable educational platform and a reusable, hardened architecture.
